At The Evolved Vets, coaching isn’t about giving you all the answers—it’s about guiding you to discover them for yourself. We believe every veterinarian is unique, and so is your journey. Our coaching is designed to help you uncover your values, build resilience, and create a career and life that align with the best version of yourself.
How It Works
PART 1
Discovery Session
We start with a 30-minute call to understand your goals, challenges, and what you’re looking to achieve. This helps us decide if coaching is right for you and if so, to create a coaching plan tailored to your needs.
PART 2
Personalized Growth Plan
Based on our initial conversation, we’ll map out a strategy that combines mindset work, actionable steps, and accountability. Whether you’re focused on career growth, energy management, or overcoming specific obstacles, we’ll help you chart your path forward.
PART 3
One-on-One Sessions
Coaching sessions are 50 minutes long and designed to dig deep into your challenges, celebrate your wins, and keep you moving toward your goals. These sessions are all about you.
PART 4
Ongoing Support
Between sessions, you’ll have access to resources, practices, and exercises to help integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life. We’re also just an email away if you need extra support.
PART 5
Evolved Check-Ins
We’ll track your progress and reassess as needed to ensure you’re staying aligned with your higher self and evolving toward your goals.
